Report A Damaged Product

If you receive a Damaged Item in your Order, we advise that you contact our customer service team at connect@unboundedapparel.com (note:Damaged Products should be reported within 7 days of order delivery. All reports submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be supported)

When submitting a damaged product please provide the following:

  • Name on Order:
  • Order #:
  • Up to 3 detailed Images of the damaged product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

UnboundedApparel Will support damaged products that are in relation to manufacturing defects such as:

  • Holes
  • Rips
  • Tears

(note: size returns will not be accepted, please refer to our Sizing Charts before placing an order)

Once we receive your inquiry we will assess the damages and if applicable we will reach out to you and provide a return label. We will issue a Replacement of the same product and size if inventory is available. If the inventory is not available, once our team receives the product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
